“My experience with the people on the site in westmont has been 100%. Friendly confident. They seem to have a constant problem with their electronic back office. More than once I have found they are back office is incompetent and their electronic procedures are 20 years out of date. It is only because of the friendly and competent people on the site do I continue use this Bank”

“I’m Giving the bank 5star in fact, not because of the facility as a whole, but because of one special young lady there .Janaya OGletree my mom passed away on Thanksgiving, 2025 hadn’t yet got around to get into her bank account but me and my brother walked in today and this young lady went above and beyond. I watched her fill up the copying machine to assist another young lady that was waiting prior to me after the young man came over and told me he wouldn’t be able to help me because he had an appointment which I’m not sure if I believe, but that’s neither here there. She definitely went above and beyond, and I hope that her office manager or district manager realize that she’s a outstanding employee she held the whole bank down single handedly in my opinion I watched her because I was there for two hours. She was very compassionate patient and kind She’s not just an outstanding employee. She’s an asset to the company..Very well rounded young lady.I am truly impressed and very happy with my decision to choose this branch that day in time because seem as if the young lady was the only person working other the the tellers .SMH but thank you Mrs OG”
