“Came in today, I was greeted nicely, grabbed a cart, got all my stuff, needed 1 more thing, I asked a lady, her name MaryAnn, she went in back to look, although there was none left , the experience was great, she was very nice, the store was clean, aisles not clogged, lots of room, easy handicap parking, easy access in and out, the only issue I had was deciding Krispy Kreme or McMillians bakery when I left store”

I had called multiple Walgreens pharmacies before speaking with him because I urgently needed a prescription that had already been sent to another location that was closed. I was having difficulty getting it transferred, and after several calls, I was starting to feel like I wasn’t going to be able to get my medication until the next day. When I called and spoke with Ali, not once did he hesitate to try to help me. He listened to my concerns, understood the urgency of the situation, and genuinely took the time to find a solution. Even when he was having difficulty getting the prescription transferred through the system, he didn’t just give up or tell me to wait until tomorrow.(since pharmacy was closing soon) He told me he would work on it manually, and he made it happen. After such a stressful day, his compassion and willingness to help meant so much to me. I truly feel that Ali went above and beyond for me as a patient.
