“First time homebuyer over here! We are so lucky to have been referred to Morgan, who help us find our dream South Philly home. We didn't think we were in the market to take this leap, but she made it possible by listening to our needs and going at the pace we wanted to go at. Morgan eased us into the home buying process and vetted each property with as much care as if it was going to be her home. She walked us through each stage of the process, making it understandable and NOT overwhelming like we thought it would be. She was there to answer any question we had, regardless of how big or small, and was incredibly timely with communication. Buying a home is quite a big life decision. Morgan made it feel as easy as going through a rental process. She advocated for us as buyers and made sure we had any particular policies, necessary inspections, and warranties in place. She connected us with her contacts, which surely were the best in the biz to work with (mortgage lender, inspector, etc.). I cannot recommend working with Morgan enough. Even after the sale, Morgan has been a resource to us as first time homebuyers, and never treat us like just another 'sale'.
