“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”
“I have used this Post Office for the past 10 years. I personally have never had an issue. I can state that there are new people at the front desk in the past year that make the energy more "people friendly".”

“Just wanted to say Lumberton Post Office is great!!! I have went in with several packages at once to send to my deployed soldier and they have been a huge help!!! Thank you so very much!!”
“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”
“Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.”
“WILL WAS AN AMAZING HELP!Even as I am SUPER frazzled and on a time limit will was able to help me get my packages out fast, with suggestions for the right packaging AND explained ground shipping and priority shipping.THANK YOU WILL!”
“A gentleman served me. I wish I got his name. He was a tall dark and handsome younger man. He was so kind and he made my day when he heard me speak Spanish. He Pulled his head up and UM Um Um. That's all he said he made me laugh. He send my package to Puerto Rico. Told me that it may get there later. But it got there earlier. Thank you Young Man you made my day. God bless you.”
“I had a very pleasant experience yesterday at the Florence, NJ USPS branch. Lisa was incredibly helpful in finding me a shipper that fit my needs, including helping me pack my items. She also recognized at least two other customers while I was there, showing her care for the community. Great job Lisa and thank you!”
“MR. Tyrell was incredible and found my packages himself, and other staff also were responsive to my situation! THANK YOU!! As a City resident it was reassuring to know you will go the extra step to help resolve issues!”
“Had an issue with an item I bought marked as delivered, but never received. Contacted the post office and was called back within the hour. I appreciate the efficiency at resolving the matter at hand. Thank you to the supervisor of this location and his team for calling me back.”
“The postmaster at this location was super nice in assisting with a mail issue. Offered very helpful advice and service.Spoke with Melody today and she was very polite and assisted me with a problem.”
“I had a passport appointment today at this location and when I searched for the address and saw all the terrible reviews I was prepared for an awful experience. WOW, WAS I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Service was extremely fast and friendly. On my way out I witnessed the woman at the counter helping an older woman who had misunderstood her appointment time (it was later that day) but because they were ahead of schedule she was able to accommodate her. That small act is what compelled me to hop on here and leave a review. Spread kindness! It's free!”
“I am always genuinely impressed with the outstanding service provided by my Riverside Local Post Office. Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to the incredibly friendly and efficient staff.
(Especially) Jerrica and Kita.
They go above and beyond to ensure that all my postal needs are met with a smile. The team is always courteous, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I might have. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about their customers.
I am especially grateful for how they handle busy times with such grace and efficiency, making sure that everyone is attended to promptly. It's rare to find such a dedicated and pleasant group of individuals who consistently make a positive impact on their community. Thank you to the entire team for making each visit to the post office a delightful experience!”
“Went to drop off my wedding invites around 10 am on a Wednesday and had an absolute sweetheart. She had short blonde hair, I wish I got her name but didn't think to look. She checked if everything was okay before it was sent off and she said okay good to go! Super quick and easy! Highly suggest going to the counter if you are sending Save the Dates or Wedding Invites.”

“I put an incorrect zip on a package. Once reaching the local post office directly, they were very helpful in getting the package rerouted. They were quick to respond and friendly. Much appreciated!”
“I drop packages off here almost daily. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will agree with others that the passport program needs some work as I've witnessed a few issues that shouldn't of happened. One example is all the passport agents were out and appointment holders were not notified, only told to rescheduled once they arrived. This must be extremely frustrating as people take time off from work.”
“Whoever working, there is really nice people really nice to me. I drop every day and she never see the world. My parcel right time is gone. Thank you so much. I appreciate your business. I’m really happy about that.”
“I have nothing but great experiences here. People are kind and friendly. If I had to complain about anything is how rude and inpatient people are to the people working there.”
“UPDATE: Thankfully, everything is cool now. I talked to someone at USPS who apologized profusely, and since I’ve returned to this Usps, we have been amicable. I understand how hard the job is and hope they know it’s very much appreciated! ?
I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
