“You’d have to see my review on Mavis Rahway to know exactly why this deserves more than a five star review.
But these guys really took good care of me and everything Mavis’ no integrity having associates did not do even though they charged me over $1000 to do and I came back for them to correct that work through corporate.
Will literally showed me all the things that needed to be fixed and was utterly shocked that they were supposed to have been done just the day before.
He was very thorough, very informative, not pushy… and my car is driving good again

On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.

To be real though I’ve brought them 3 of my trucks, a 08 Sierra,
11 Silverado, and a 05 6L. They’re the only place I’ve found that does 22s near me, I’ve brought them clean tires and ones that were full of mud and ice inside the tire, broken valve stems and ones with plugs. They’ve never complained about it and it’s always done right.”

“My mom got quoted 2100 from Goodyear to fix her Nissan Pathfinder. Being a car guy I knew it wasn't right. I found classic on Google and the excellent reviews made us make our decision. And sure enough her car was misdiagnosed and she's back on the road noise free for a much less cause she wasn't being up sold and fear mongered into replacing other things. Pete is super nice. I highly recommend. Keep doing what you're doing guys!!!! A good wholesome mechanic is hard to come by but they deliver. Support your local business folks.”

“Wow, I never have eaten my words so much! To manage to rectify a 1 star rating to a 5 stars in less than 12 hours is an impressive task. To summarize, I had an entire Debacle happen yesterday and this was my original posting;
“Absolute scumbags these people are. I have dealt with them for years at several of their different locations. Today over the course of three phone calls, myself and the receptionist set up having my vehicle immediately towed to their facility for a tire change. This woman assured me that as long as the tow truck got my car there before they close at 6pm, that they would definitely be able to do my tire for me. The tow truck driver got there at 5:30 and called and told me that they’re refusing my vehicle and saying that they’re closing early. Sure that there was some sort of mix up, I hung up with the tow truck driver and proceeded to call the tire shop roughly 15x in a row. They hit the ignore button on half of the calls and just let the others go through to voicemail. On the second call I left a voicemail and I also text the phone number because it is a cell phone- this is all before 5:40 mind you. I only live roughly ten minutes away so I sped over because the tow truck driver had to leave my vehicle with the key in the gas door because this joke of a place wouldn’t even accept my key from him nor do they have a key slot on their door. Paid $125 to have my vehicle towed there and was assured that they’d get it done TODAY if it was there by a certain time which I was 25-30 min ahead of. Then they have the audacity to not even call or tell me that they’re randomly closing early or not going to take my vehicle; not just today, AT ALL. The salt in the wound is hitting the ignore button on my calls during normal business hours! I AM DUMBFOUNDED AT THE LEVELS OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND ABYSMAL SERVICE. All you had to do was call or text me i am a very flexible and understanding person if you had to leave early or could no longer honor that guarantee I would have had no issue but to not only not notify me but then IGNORE me? Just no decency whatsoever”- Saturday evening yesterday.
This morning at 8 am I received a call from the supervisor James. He heard me out explaining what happened, apologized, and asked told me that they’re closed today but that he personally would come in and change my tire for me as soon as I’d like and at a discount for the issues. He was polite and beyond thorough in handling this situation. Was such a pleasant surprise to be proven wrong about my initial feelings towards this business. Came away feeling the complete opposite. Fantastic customer service, follow through on righting a wrong, above and beyond. Thanks James!”
