Thompson auto repair took the time out to address any issues that I was unaware of including some work that I previously had done at another shop in which they didn’t properly fix my vehicle correctly. Supposedly the shop replaced my spark plugs but never did. The owner/workers were very honest and helpful with me and showed me that my spark plugs was actually never changed. My car is running way better than before, thanks again. “They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You”

“You’d have to see my review on Mavis Rahway to know exactly why this deserves more than a five star review.

But these guys really took good care of me and everything Mavis’ no integrity having associates did not do even though they charged me over $1000 to do and I came back for them to correct that work through corporate.

Will literally showed me all the things that needed to be fixed and was utterly shocked that they were supposed to have been done just the day before.

He was very thorough, very informative, not pushy… and my car is driving good again

“I didn’t look at the reviews for this place until after I scheduled it, I just chose it on the proximity to our house, so after reading the reviews yesterday, I didn’t have high expectations. I haven’t had it detailed in at least a year, maybe two, and the last guy was one of those mobile guys that comes to you. That guy did an OK job, but he really didn’t get the back seat clean. In that time, we unfortunately had one pet pass away in the back seat, a lot of incidences with muddy and/or bloody animals, we drove across the country from Idaho with 2 dogs and a cat, and countless long drives. The car was a MESS.

When I got there around 9:00, I was greeted and Derek came in, confirmed what I needed and told me he’d looked at it, asked me about my dogs, and told me he felt he could get it cleaned. I was doubtful to be honest. He called me around noon to tell me it was ready when I was expecting it to take at least another hour.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Derek did a FANTASTIC job! My backseat looks almost new. I am seriously impressed with how good it looks. Everything is sparkling clean and smells great. For the amount and quality of work, the price is reasonable and the location is easy to get in and out of right off 38 & Creek.”
