On top of his extremely busy schedule, he took his time explaining in great details on my car situation, showing me all evidence, did a test drive with me, and wrote me a detailed quote recording the process. “I believe I found my new go to part store, my little brother has a 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid and needed new brakes and I tried to get it from auto zone but the price was outrageous I could’ve ordered it online for cheaper than Autozone but then would’ve had to wait for it to come and pay extra for early shipping but luckily I checked out this spot on 01/14/2022 and got brakes way cheaper. Auto zone was charging me for pads & rotors all around before taxes $337.00, and Haledon auto parts charged me about $192.00 after taxes. So I purchased new spark plugs, brake fluid and windshield wipers out the door basically for $250.00. Way less than what Autozone was charging me. Haledon auto parts have most of the parts in store and if not they just have to order from a different location so it’s pretty fast. Customer service is amazing, and I’m very satisfied with them. Thank you so much Haledon Auto Parts, you have earned a new lifetime customer.”

“Firestone in Haledon had the cheapest rates for tires and service, by far. The only problem was that the store I went to seemed severely understaffed. The few that were present were clearly hard-working and courteous to customers, but despite making my appointment at 4pm, I had to wait two and a half hours for a tire change, all the while some customers who parked in AFTER me were serviced before me. While I feel the prices compensated for the wait, I will be reluctant to choose Firestone in the future when there is a speedy and well-staffed crew at Valvoline who will fix me up in less than 30 minutes almost every time. Still, I wouldn't have gotten the tires at Valvoline. If I had only known how long my car's service would be, I would have prepared a ride and left my car for the whole day and make those few boys' workload easier to manage, rather than watching them from afar and wondering why my car hasn't been pulled in yet. That would have made me extremely satisfied with their work”
