Yesterday, I came in to have a tire replaced. After the service, I noticed that my rim had been nicked. Understandably, situations like this can be frustrating for any customer. However, I also recognize that unexpected issues can occur during service and that a service advisor cannot personally control every detail of work performed in the shop. What truly matters is how the concern is handled—and Bryan handled it with exceptional professionalism.

The moment I brought the issue to his attention, Bryan took it seriously. He investigated promptly, returned to speak with me calmly and respectfully, and clearly explained that the dealership would take responsibility and make it right. He was composed, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire conversation. Although arranging repairs can be inconvenient, Bryan moved quickly to accommodate me and ensure that the matter would be resolved.

After leaving, I noticed that the replacement tire’s pressure was two PSI higher than the other tires, despite the instruction for all four tires to be adjusted to 36 PSI. Since I was unable to return at that time, I came back the following morning. Once again, Bryan welcomed me with kindness and immediately took ownership of the situation. Rather than simply sending the vehicle back through the service department, he personally made sure the tire pressure was corrected. He also had the tire balanced, replaced the wheel weights, and ensured that adhesive residue from the previous weights was cleaned properly.

That level of attention to detail says everything. Bryan did not dismiss my concerns, rush me, or make me feel as though I was asking for too much. Whatever Price they quote you they stick by ,and these aren't knock off tires , rethreads, or rotted from laying around like some Tire shops pull . They only sell new in perfect condition tires.
