“Just walked in to exchange some bills, when I heard the teller having a particularly pleasant conversation with her customers. The teller, Nadia, couldn't have been more warm or cheerful to the elderly couple she was talking to, if she had been their granddaughter. I've been a customer of this bank for over a decade and I've yet to see a teller act as friendly as she. Hats off to Nadia, she's a keeper!”

“There must be new management here at this TD because wow. What an experience. I've been with TD since 2010. The last few years I have noticed a drop off in customer service at the store level. I noticed understaffing, and in some cases, not the best training. I have recently starting coming to this branch because it's the closest one to the business I manage. So far I have been in and out, barely a wait. If a teller steps to the side to help a customer, another teller steps up in their place to help the next customer. They are very polite, well dressed, and knowledgeable. Always a warm welcome when I step in. Shout out to the staff here at this branch. You guys are doing an amazing job. And I also have to mention Management, because it starts from the top. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership and management effectiveness. And right now you guys are crushing it.
