I came in with an issue on my device that needed the attention of Verizon customer service, and they dedicated 6+ hours of their time, patience, and dedication to help me. Michael and Ishan were going back and forth for hours on hold with Verizon representatives, and all of the other gentleman were chiming in and providing their help, reassurance, and insight, as well. They went through hoops to ensure that I walked out of the store satisfied. I have been a customer at the Hamilton Verizon location for over 20 years and although the staff has changed over this time period, the customer care and the quality of the workers has remained outstanding. “The people at this 7/11 are just different. I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”
“I have been with metro since 2016 and have been to many different stores and received decent customer service as well as terrible. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars. I would drive an hour just to come to this store if necessary. Keep doing your thing!!!”

“I go to this 7-11 all the time, especially for quick purchases when I’m at Bill’s across the street. Tonight, I seemed to have lost my phone in the store, and the front desk employee that was on, I believe his name was Rahman, was very concerned and helpful. He used his phone to call and help me locate mine while I was very upset and nervous. It doesn’t seem like much, but it really meant the world in my time of need. He’s always so friendly when I go in. A++ for customer service!!!!”

“This 7-11 is definitely of the older generation of stores, but it is always clean and well lit, both in the store and in the lot. They have everything you'd expect from a 7-11: Big Gulps, Big Bites, Slurpees, nachos, donuts, heat-your-own burritos, NJ Lottery tickets and of course, coffee. They even carry proprane and do Blue Rhino exchanges! The staff is generally very friendly and get to know their regulars. The owner is on site frequently, and shows pride in his store. One morning, a new cashier overcharged me by 15 cents for some cough drops. It really couldn't have been any smaller of an issue, but two days later when I stopped back in he insisted on giving me my coffee for free, "for my trouble." Despite my objection, he insisted. Can't argue with good customer service. The Wawa across the street closed down about a year ago now, and this little 7-11 makes me not miss them a bit.”
