“The people at this store are some of the most down to earth, practical, and professional people! I've been in the store three times and each time they listened to what you were interested in and suggested the most practical options. Kyani was especially outstanding - we went through an almost 2 hour ordeal trying to transfer a number from a family member's prepaid plan to our family plan. She was a pleasure to interact with the entire time just chatting about things while on hold and even stayed through her meal break to make sure all the issues were worked out. Thank you!”

“Overall, I feel like this is a very good store, the day stuff is very nice and always there to help. However, my issue lies with the night staff. There have been multiple times where I have gone there and the door was locked and there was no employee behind the counter and you could not get an access to the store. This is not the first time it happened but if you wait, will show up for at least five minutes with nobody coming to the counter, so I left. It’s kind of hard for me to consider this store 24 hours once sporadically throughout the night you were unable to gain access. Overall, though I do like this store.”

“Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate. He worked tirelessly to ensure my issue was rectified and he went the extra mile to provide the best service. While I was there, I was, unfortunately, witness to a customer treating one of the service technicians (Adam) very badly. He had the patience of a saint and deserves a raise in pay. The customer acted arrogantly and gave the impression that she spoke only to impress herself. Adam was the consummate gentleman. Two exemplary employees.”
