The store has a wonderful experience browsing a wide assortment of products in a clean atmosphere. The associates are forever courteous, respectful and professional, and they are very friendly and polite. The store has great deals and more sales and they can pick orders online and pick up in a smaller, nicer store that feels not busy. But the other employees are great, one manager can be unfriendly but the other employees are courteous and respectful. The store is always clean, smells good and has everything needed, the visit pleasant and happy.
The staff is knowledgeable about the proud. They are super helpful. They are wheelchair friendly and excessively helpful.

Staff is extremely helpful. I went today for Candle sale day and Rosie went was so helpful and walked me to everything I needed to find. Sweet young lady Bath and Body is very lucky to have such a caring employee
