Arrived to Mays Landing store at 7:59pm on Friday Nov 15 and the doors were locked. I simply came to PICK UP ONLINE ORDER. They would not open the door and told me I needed to return tomorrow.
And also like to mention that it states closing time is 8:30 PM, that should be adjusted so the public is not misinformed. Either way opening the doors for a customer who’s already paid for products is what should’ve happened.

Absolutely love the store and they always have great deals. But the specific one I go to, I noticed a few times that one of the managers is just very unfriendly and Doesn't make the visit as pleasant as it should be; Especially considering the fact she is a manager. Besides that, the other employees are great. Besides that 1 thing, I have no other complaints about that specific Bath and body works.

Came in with a relative that needed some supplies. All the associates were very friendly and polite. Store was clean and smelled so good. She found everything she wanted and we left happy.
