The store is great and the staff seems to work as a team. Assistance is generally easy to find, with employees willing to help, open boxes to check contents, and set up accounts. When another store doesn't have an item, Lowe's often comes through with a wide selection of products, including specific brands and Sherwin Infinity paint. However, some employees can be rude and inconsiderate, requiring training. While returns are simple and quick, receiving damaged material can be very inconvenient and delay projects. Management may compensate for issues. Special orders, like shades, can experience significant delays, though helpful associates in specific departments provide comfort.
Looking for a refrigerator. The young lady that tried to help, was obviously from the cart collection center.

The item I wanted had a crushed box and was held together with tape. It was the only one they had and I was concerned about the contents. The person helping me offered to open it and examine the contents. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was there and in good shape. Rarely find this kind of customer service.

The store is great. Some employees are terrible however. María, the old lady, who was at the Garden center check out at 5:25 pm on 10/25/24 was rude, inconsiderate, and displicent. She acted as if we were a bother to her while checking us up. She needs training!
