“Revising my review since HBS followed up and Andy came back and took care of the issue.I had bunch of window balancers replaced by Hamilton Building Supply. Two of them in my kids rooms broke within couple of weeks and upon emailing them several times, sales manager and lead technician kept promising replacements but never bothered showed up on scheduled dates. No apologies and no call backs. Never again doing business with HBS”
“Great job, guys! Their team knows their stuff. Ken was the person who assisted me. I came in looking for 2 slide dimmer switch on a single gang. Not the most popular item, but I knew if one existed, they'd have it. Ken was able to find one, but was in their Philly warehouse. He had it to me the next morning. Exactly what I needed and it works great! The shop appears to be small. It's not your Ace Hardware or Home Depot type place. More for electricians who want personalized service as opposed to searching through a big box store.”

“After 60 years this place has sadly closed its doors for good it was in a very convenient location for the general public it served and I will miss this store very much it was a quick and easy alternative to the big box hardware stores with a mom and pop country vibeI hope someone buys this location and brings back the Ace Hardware part of it”
