Ordered a weber grill on 3/16 and scheduled pick up for 3/22. Called the day before (3/21) to confirm, we were told we would receive a text when it’s ready in the morning. Call the morning of pick up, it was never put together and they only had ones in boxes. They offered delivery on Tuesday, but we needed the grill for the weekend when pickup was scheduled. The man on the floor was very nice and let me take home the show room grill for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, I get home, try to ignite it, doesn’t work. 3 trips to the store, multiple phone calls, and $600 later we have a grill that won’t light.

Bad service , didn’t have enough materials in the store. Went down 2 times to check and they didn’t have anything we needed NEVER GOING BACK!

Great local lowes. Online inventory is not the most accurate as I tried to order some bolts and was told they actually do not have any in stock. This lowes tends to be much empty than others, but the parking lot is large with plenty of parking. The tool aisles are not set up the greatest as its hard to navigate them when there are other people also looking through them with shopping carts. Many other stores are nearby.

Lowes itself is fine who doesn't love it there. But I don't know what is going on with there undercover security but I was literally followed around by a employee and undercover security for about an hour as I shopped for parts for a build and fitted them together etc. I say I was followed because their conversation was on literal repeat, "does a battery come with this yes it does this is a good tool. I purchased one before and it didn't thats why i asked." Just on repeat over and over again and its behavior like that that will keep me away from that location.

Staff seems to work as a team. I had no problem finding and receiving assistance. First employee I came across was willing to assist us. We were able to get a pro account set up and started with the associate standing in the isle where shower kits are displayed.
However, we received damaged material twice. Same item. Returning the item was quite simple and quick. It was very inconvenient for the same item to be taken back twice. Delayed the job from moving forward.
The pro desk and the manager compensated us with taking a percentage off of our bill. We had to go with a different style and color but we saved some money.

Place sucks. Employees tell you one thing over the phone and when you make the trip in they tell you another. Go to home depot.

They listed the refrigerator for sale I went there on Sunday on Nov 17th 2024 and confirmed the price and also I was surprised with the price I checked with the appliance member on Monday and yesterday. Today I’m here for payment and pickup the appliance and today when I checked in the scanner too it shows the same price as you can see in below but the manager came and said he doesn’t sell anymore I asked why you guys displayed this price they are speachless the manager is a lady she is talking very rude and said go and tell whoever you want and do whatever you want approach a court and she is blackmailng and threatening. Is that the right way?

The item I wanted had a crushed box and was held together with tape. It was the only one they had and I was concerned about the contents. The person helping me offered to open it and examine the contents. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was there and in good shape. Rarely find this kind of customer service.

I’ve visited this store for years and the store is great. For the past few months, there has been 2 elder employees I’ve had issues with/ seen them cause issues with someone. First time was a male check out employee and he refused to take a $100 from a Hispanic and forced him to use his card instead. Tonight, I went in around 5:15 and Maria was checking out. I said hello and she glared at me. She rang up my items as if I were bothering her and I handed her my 10% off coupon. She stared at the coupon and me back and fourth as if I had $hit on my face then finally scanned it. She was very rude and has NO business working with customers! NONE!! This is the 2nd time with her I’ve dealt with this and I’m tired of it. If you visit this store, I encourage you to be rude right back and request a manager. Retire Maria, go home with that attitude.

The store is great. Some employees are terrible however. María, the old lady, who was at the Garden center check out at 5:25 pm on 10/25/24 was rude, inconsiderate, and displicent. She acted as if we were a bother to her while checking us up. She needs training!

When the other store doesn't have it, Lowes always seems to come through. May make the switch permanent if they continue to carry Irwin products and the wide selection of fasteners. Sherwin Infinity paint has been great also.
