The store is great and the staff seems to work as a team. Assistance is generally easy to find, with employees willing to help, open boxes to check contents, and set up accounts. When another store doesn't have an item, Lowe's often comes through with a wide selection of products, including specific brands and Sherwin Infinity paint. However, some employees can be rude and inconsiderate, requiring training. While returns are simple and quick, receiving damaged material can be very inconvenient and delay projects. Management may compensate for issues. Special orders, like shades, can experience significant delays, though helpful associates in specific departments provide comfort.

I had a super smooth experience at this store!! Today, Jose from Outside Lawn and Garden helped me load 30 bags of mulch, he was quick and efficient. Other employees should take note, Jose is a hard worker! I will most definitely be returning to this store for more home improvement supplies!
