The minute we walked into this Lowe’s we thought we were in a southern state or midwestern state. The courtesy and helpfulness from the entire staff was one of a kind in this state(NJ). A special thanks to Santos for helping us find what we were looking for; from walking us back to the aisle, getting the steps after checking to see if the item was in stock just to make sure we had what we were looking for. Customer service is an absolutely A+. Thanks to this entire Team of professionals!

worst company service I have ever experienced!I recently ordered appliances and had nothing but trouble and had to send them back for the second time and ordered a piece of furniture that has been two weeks now still not here and they don’t know what’s going on.

Bought custom cellular blinds from Lowes and used their installer. Sales people were very helpful and patient. Unfortunately our address was mis-entered and 3 phone calls did not get it corrected. We got the blinds and they are beautiful. The installer was a courteous professional had them up in less than 30 minutes. No complaints with the work.

Johny Joachim was the salesman that assisted my daughter Mary and I as we looked at all the appliances. We ended up buying a Refrigerator, Stove and Microwave. He was exceptionally patient, kind and friendly. He is an excellent employee and deserves Kudos for a job well done.SincerelyEvelyn J

Reps were very knowledgeable but showed up an hour early when I had clearly advised of my availability. Lowe's needs a better way to listen to customers instead of just saying, "We have a 4-hour window." It was my 3rd reschedule (due to their fault) and I told them specifically when I would be there and when I wouldn't.The first day of delivery, I was being nice when the guy told me he wasn't going to be able to arrive until 9 - 10 pm. (outside of the 2:30 - 6:30 window). I was like, "look, I don't want some exhausted installer injuring himself in my house in the middle of the night." I told him he didn't need to come IF he could assure me a delivery first thing in the morning. He agreed. When I called to confirm the next day, the warehouse had never heard of that and didn't have me on the schedule for that day. I had canceled business and travel to be there for the delivery. That was screw up 2, then there was the arriving early and I had to rush back from dropping off my kid so they didn't leave. Overall, super frustrating but I tell you one thing, I will NEVER be the nice guy again when dealing with deliveries. Lesson learned. I got screwed for making sure some guy didn't fall down my steps or have to work until midnight. I don't care if it's 2 AM in the future, you'll deliver the day you said.
