Unprofessional. No one gave a clear answer about the regular blood test bill details. The bill was very high, and when I returned to the doctor, she said this bill was not correct. I had just asked for a regular blood test, which should be fully covered by insurance, and no one at the lab gave any clear information.

This company is a complete ripoff! The most discouraging part is that my doctor makes the choice of what lab to use. The prices are extremely high in comparison to Quest Labs, in fact more than 8x for the same exact test. I hope they go out of business!

Awful billing department. I go through the VA and am constantly getting bills from these people as they dont know how to bill the VA correctly
