The ATM is always full and I can't deposit cash, do they even empty it before leaving for the night?

I made a cash deposit yesterday and there is no amount pending. Seems the cashier stole my money especially since I don’t have a receipt. I tried to get ahold of people at the branch. No luck. I will be filing a police report tomorrow. Do NOT go here unless you want your cash to be stolen

Very rude manager, it seemed like she was the manager at least. Zero people skills. Not consistent with the corporate information that is given online. Was told online what to bring for an appointment. After waiting (while the manager was being rude) I end up unable to complete the transaction because I didn't have hard copies of what I can access online and was told that was fine when setting up the meeting. It's the freaking 21st century, they still want hard copies... Get with the times.

I been with PNC for the longest, I got my family members and friends to join. I like the bank and its convenient as far as ATMs go. Just one negative situation I had about 3 weeks ago now. I had just gotten out of the hospital with I V marks an both my arms. I had not eaten or drank much after 48 hours. I understand that maybe I was confused as a drug addict or something. I all wanted that day was to get a replacement debit card. Instead of taking 4 minutes it took 20. I really did not have the energy to say anything to drain me even more. I had to log into my app to try to gain access to my account number. I had my NJ driver license and PNC debit card. I was told they could not find me in the system. I was with my kids and they started to get inpatient. Never did I ever had this problem. I felt discriminated. Maybe the older lady was having a bad day and made mines terrible. When I see the person I just don't even want to go to her. I rather use The drive through. Never had a problem there.

This is a Horrible bank branch! I’ve dealt with So many incidences of unprofessionalism and inconsistent bias policies in the last 3 years. If it wasn’t for the fact that I became severely I’ll the last 3 years I would have closed my accounts a long time ago. Well the wait is over.

I used to love this PNC branch... not anymore. I have 2 accounts. For one account, I wanted to take off my daughter which was added by mistake, so I called the branch. After thorough verification, the branch manager - Carrie Diona - told me that she can close my account over the phone, but she cannot take out my daughter over the phone, even though we can be all three of us on the phone, with proper verification of myself AND my daughter... not possible, we both must go in person to the bank. It does not make sense... she can close the account over the phone, but cannot take off one of us over the phone??? In this pandemic? Not to mention that my daughter lives more than an hour drive away.

Have been to this branch multiple times, have had okay experiences and horrible experiences, nothing was ever amazing here. I recently came here a couple of times to get paperwork notarized and certified checks and with the new Covid rules, things are a lot stricter and less convenient. You get questioned like a murder suspect before you can enter the bank. The tellers are rude, lack any customer service skills, and have no clue what they are doing or talking about. Wanted to deposit a check from selling my house and they questioned me like I was some criminal. Told me I needed a joint account with my husband and we would have to keep the account open, not just to deposit the check. Then told me it would take 2-3 weeks to open account via phone or online when I asked. This teller just kept pushing the new account on me, they must get some sort of bonus or commission on new accounts or have a quota to hit because she wouldn't let it go!Contacted customer service ASAP and they told me that what the teller said wasn't true, you do not need a joint account to deposit the check and to visit another branch. He didn't understand why the teller kept pushing the new account on me. I visited the Vineland branch a week later and they were so nice and friendly. The teller had no problem, knew exactly what to do and had everything done for us in ten minutes and guess what... we didn't need a joint account! They didn't even ask us!

Rude blonde lady inside wouldn't help me with my account. Gave me a paper with a customer service number and told me to come back later. Um ok?

Worst possible bank ever! Poor customer service, tellers who make major errors which indicates how few people are in this bank. Word has gotten out to Stay Away from PNC.
