The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. “It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“Had a great experience at this USPS location. They had me in and out quickly, and the customer service was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. Not like it was apart of the building conservations in 1823! Overall, solid visit and I’d definitely use this location again.”

“I recently had to contact one of the supervisors at the Trenton Carrier Annex. It was in regard to a priority mail express package that had been delivered to the wrong house. I immediately contacted Jay. He instantly got back to me, immediately asked for the tracking number and within 15 minutes my package was delivered to my door correctly!!! I could not be more impressed with Jay. His dedication to Providing top-notch customer service did not go unnoticed. Jay, thank you so so much for your help yet again. “When I first moved to town I went here to inquire about a PO Box since there was no mailbox at the house and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful in helping me get the regulations for putting in a mailbox and what to expexf with mail delivery. She also helped me with the paperwork to change my address and forward my mail and informed me about places to go and who to speak with in the neighborhood. She is very kind and patient and even though i learned that the post offoce is not the one for my town-even though it's just around the corner-i stop in for stamps and to drop off important letters if I miss the mail carrier for the day. For those who are interested in Pokemon Go, it is a also a gym. I like going here just to tall with the little old lady behind the desk, she makes and my boyfriend smile everytime we see her.”
