i’ve been going to prestige for years now but i just had my final straw with them recently. what should’ve been my first red flag was when one of the employees told me that “ i had look liked i gained weight “ ( i assume she knew what i looked like because of how much i went there ) secondly, i went for a pedicure and the technician gave me not one but two ingrown nails. i always went here due to proximity, convenience, and for the decent prices but if this how i’m going to be treated when i go i wont be back.

Just got a manicure here. First one and will be the last. The shop is DIRTY. Nail drying station fans are covered with hair and an extreme amount of dust. Simple cleaning would fix the issue. Manicurist was possibly the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. The sink area is horrible and dirty On cleanliness and sanitary reasons alone I would NOT RECOMMEND. Saturday afternoon and 3 customers should have been my first clue.

Do NOT go to this nail salon. It is by far the worst place I have ever gone to do nails. Their reviews don’t lie. The manager, Tiffany is very unprofessional and scolds her employees in front of the customers. They are ALWAYS in a rush and do not take the time to do their clients nails well. I got my gel nails done here and in less than 24 hours, the gel nail polish chipped and started peeling off. Tiffany did them and she painted the nails to be very bumpy and not smooth. My nails ended up looking like a 3 year old did them. Tiffany is also very aggressive in her manicures which caused me and a friend sore fingers afterwards. When I asked Tiffany to cut my very overgrown nails, she had the audacity to hiss in my face. If you want to get your money’s worth and professional looking nails as well as good customer service, do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE. Additionally, regardless of whether you make an appointment, they will have you waiting for 20-30 minutes past your scheduled time. Worst nail salon ever.Services: Pedicure

Evelyn did a fantastic job with my nails! They were a mess from a prior salon when I had gel removed and they didn’t take it off fully. She did a great job and made my nails beautiful. I will be back to see her in three weeks.

I went in about 6pm close to closing time 8/9/2023. I was given a funny look. The owner came to do my nails, I sat down she looked up at me and told me to wash my hands which were already clean. She then asked where I was from once I said Trenton she proceeded to question why I came all the way to Hamilton for nails, I told her I shop in the strip mall often. Once done she walked me to the door and slammed it and locked it fast then watched me walk to my car. I felt discriminated against on top of that my nails are horrible….. Not the one by stables but the one by ShopRite Hamilton market place

I absolutely love my nails. I had Kelly who is sweet, funny, and extremely talented. She took the worst set I had ever received and made them look amazing! It’s probably one of the best sets I’ve ever gotten done. She has a really tight schedule so book her early.Services: Pedicure

!!!!!!!!!!! Please read before going :( This nail salon only is nice to the people they know … horrible pedicures, speeds things up, always in a rush. Even when you book appointments ! They talk and laugh ab you while you’re in front of them. I’m disappointed as my nails didn’t even last me two weeks they crack and break without me doing anything! The manager was disrespectful towards me when I told them what nails I wanted. As well as, they couldn’t do (what I thought was a pretty simple design of) a heart and was told they didn’t have time.. even though I booked my appointment days before and they just opened! Mainly the acrylic are poor quality. DID NOT pay $100 just so I can get them fixed within the next week and it not being my fault. I do not write bad reviews this is my first ever, but this was something I’ve never experienced before while having my nails done for 7+ years. Very unprofessional was drilling onto my skin, the guy that ended up doing my nails later attitude was nice, But not worth $100 with the experience I had went through and how unprofessional it was. I still had dust on my hands even when he applied lotion. My pedicure was rushed and the line was so bad. I can’t express this enough, if you are new and wanna stop by DO NOT GO. You will be treated like you don’t belong there; and I’m not one to talk this way about such things. I just hope nobody wastes their money like I did. 3.0 stars for a place that should have less, it’s the people they know well that give the good ratings and keep their business alive. definitely disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews first. 6 plus years of business and they don’t take the bad reviews into consideration, what makes you think they’ll take you serious? Read the recent reviews. The only good ones are regulars, or from months to years ago lol. Deceiving. :)

I got my nails done on 5/31/23 by the owner Tiffany who rushed my nails because they were closing , once I was done she did not ask if I was happy which was whatever , but they were uneven the color was bulky and they are already lifting up , I went home and cut them down cause of how bad they were uneven ! I work at a daycare so it’s hard for me to have time , when I called tiffany told me to come in 06/07/23 and someone would fix them I come in and they tell me Tiffany left and they have no one to do my nails I waisted 50 bucks for horrible nails ! I am disgusted !

I ran in to get a manicure on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. I waited for about 15 minutes, told the American receptionist that I wanted the spa manicure ( scrub , lotion ,massage )asked for an Essie color, she said they don’t have that brand and pointed to rings of colors on a wall. Rude. Then when the manicurist took me she asked what kind of manicure, I said spa , I did not get a scrub the lotion and massage was literally 30 seconds, she polished shaped trimmed cuticles in 10 min flat , sat me under a dryer and left me there , I didn’t even know how to turn the thing back on once it went off . The tech sat down on her phone and ignored me.Will not returnService: Manicure

Alright I hate writing reviews because they are time consuming which is why i don’t write many. But I had to do one for this. I should have looked at reviews before going. I called and asked how much for an acrylic refill. Girl quoted &30 for gel polish and $20 for reg polish. Ok. I came in and sat down with a girl who didn’t even introduce herself to me. She didn’t ask if I wanted the same length or different. So she starts taking off my polish and says its $5 to remove. I asked her why I would be charged extra for taking off polish? Am I supposed to remove it at home? I said ok well I”m already here so go ahead but made a mental note to ask about this later while paying. Then I ask her to please shape my almond shape to a square shape she says it can’t be done. Now I’m confused. I’ve done it before so I know its possible. And then she says its extra $ to reshape. Ok now I’m getting mad so I told her to just leave it how it was. She asks what color I want based on the polish example palette on the keyring. I was specifically looking for a mint green. There was no mint green and she says thats all we have. I am getting so fed up at this point because I know theres no way a whole salon doesn’t have mint green polish. Theres a ton more colors behind her so I ask if I can look at them real quick. She says “yeah go get it”. As in I literally WENT BEHIND THE COUNTER TO GRAB MY OWN POLISH. Couldn’t believe it but I stayed professional. Now this girl looked to be pregnant so I can understand not wanting to get up but a simple “I’m sorry would you mind getting the color you’re interested in as it’s difficult for me to move?” would have sufficed. I would have gladly done it anyway. This girl was just so rude I couldn’t believe it. So after I choose the color she says to go pay. This is when I question the front desk about the price. Looks to be a teenager who says to me “i’m honestly not sure.” Ok, I wasn’t about to give her a hard time so this is when I guess i become a Karen and ask if there’s a manager I can speak to because its my $ and I want to be sure Its being used properly and honestly. Manager and employee go back and forth and turns out the $20 was right. I was still charged $25 for whatever reason but at this point I don’t even care. I sit back down to get my polish and not even an apology from the girl. Never going back. The whole time was filled with uncomfortable silence and not one ounce of a welcoming feeling. If you’re running a business, train your employees and make sure you are good and honest to your customers. I can tell this place has lost a lot of possible regulars due to rudeness. I left $3 tip and I shouldn’t have left anything.Service: Acrylic nails

I went in with my sister this afternoon looking to get two manicures. When we entered, we were not greeted. In fact, we stood there for a good 30 seconds being ignored, only to have the employee right to the next of us finally acknowledge us, with an attitude. Disappointing. Luckily, we found a different salon with staff that knows how to treat humans with kindness.

i honestly have never had a worse experience while getting my nails done. my best friend was getting married and her sister scheduled us all a nail appointment 2 weeks in advance. we got a call 10 minutes prior to our appointment asking if we were really coming in. when we got there, there was a little bit of wait, but no big deal as it was right before holiday weekend. when the appointment was made, the bride to be requested to have nellie do her nails and feet. however, brides sister had her nails started and in conversation realized nellie was doing her nails. when nellie approached the manager, tiffany (who was currently doing my nails) about the mix up, tiffany was very annoyed about the situation. once nellie walked away tiffany complained to me about how the brides sister never requested nellie and now she gets attitude from staff and customers. i was so astonished about her complaining about someone that i was with, i was shaking. on top of being rude and making nasty comments, my nails look like they are 2 weeks grown out. my whole nail is not even painted and when i tried to see if tiffany could fix the design she made it worse and i couldn’t bare to even say anything while there. the entire experience was extremely uncomfortable and outrageously priced. i was charged $78 for a refill and a toe polish change. i wouldn’t recommend going here at all however the bride absolutely loved her nails by nellie. nellie is very talented. pictures at still at the salon
