Dominique was extremely helpful. The SIM on my Pixel 7 wasn't working and she helped me set up the eSIM on my device. She was patient and explained everything she was doing. Thank you so much for your help today!

Switched over to Verizon staff in store is useless including Kevin the store manager. Phones sill not porting over switched over pon 10/21 and still not working. This level of service is shameful this guy is not fit to run a store. He had a very poor attitude and terrible customer service. Please send him out for training along with his staff.

I'm not sure how this store even has two stars. I came in asking about an upgrade and when told there was no inventory anywhere, I asked questions about inventory at a third party location. The headphone-wearing representative got extremely snippy and started assuming I was asking questions about getting inventory from them. When I asked for help ordering online to ensure I get my discount, I was told to call customer service and let them deal with it. He finally agreed to help me, snatched my phone and tried to click "agree" to run a soft credit check without asking me. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

I'll be honest. I have a specific scenario going on in my life and I have tried to use Verizon before, which did not work out. I decided to give it another shot and walked into this store. I met with one of the specialists, Ryan, and he quickly understood the scenario I was in and was able to help me decide on a plan that meant that specific scenario while also solving some of the heartaches that I have had with using Verizon in the past. This was by far one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Great work!

Terrible customer service. The guy helping me was on the phone while he was talking to me so obviously I didn’t have his complete attention. Very disrespectful when you’re trying to talk to someone and then what’s with the attitude. I get you work off commission but there’s no reason to be a jerk. I left and went to bordentown where they don’t work off commission and are very respectful. Never coming back!

Verizon ain't worth nothing they will lie to you all the time tell you one thing 5 minutes later give you a different story give you bad equipment and as soon as you get out the door doesn't want to help you with anything they sale you

Last saturday went to this shop to buy a new iPhone. Phone was not available but Ryan gave us tips and info on how to save money on a phone upgrade. Followed his instructions and saved around $300 on a iPhone 14 pro. Thanks Ryan.

Good people in this store problem is they all have iPhones and know nothing about androids.Had to travel to four other stores before finding the problem total of 7 days no calls,no messages, no text and lost about $7000.00Verizon themselves could care less.

The most incompetent staff. In two occasions I needed help resolving a problem with my phone and was told to call the company, since the store staff can trouble shoot only simple issues ( I guess they can tell you how to turn the phone on and off, anything more than that is too complicated for them). Their accessory prices are very high. The young man who waited on me was curt and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that's no excuse. No "hi, can I help you?" Just a "what's your name". I went back and returned the item I purchased because I found it on Amazon for a third of the price.

I took my pixel phone to this Verizon to activate and while they were trying to be helpful they ended up trying to force active my esim which got my phone number stuck in Verizon’s servers for 4 days so I was without a phone. When I went back for help they were nothing but unsympathetic for this issue and decided to just call customer support while I was there and help other customers while I was standing in the corner by myself. The employees at this Verizon do not care about you and will not make sure any issues you have are resolved. Go to the Verizon at the Mercer mall, that one is 100% better and actually cares about you.

A man by the name of Fredo helped me and he was Fantastic! He was so incredibly helpful and took all the time necessary to take care of my concerns. He was pleasant and informative and I highly commend him.

They closed way earlier on Friday, the lady working that night, had locked the doors prior to closing and was talking to her friend. Isn't that professional, that lady sucked
