“First off, I don’t know anything about cars, except that you put gas in it and then it goes. When I was told that my battery was shot, the last thing I wanted to do was go to a store and attempt to replace the battery without being duped into making unnecessary or higher purchases.

“I was driving down the AC expressway and hit a deer at 60 mph. Needless to say, it caused a ton of damage to the car. My insurance company recommended Action Auto. I am so glad they did. This is a family run operation and they actually care about the work they do. All throughout the process, Chris always kept me in the loop. When I went to pick it up, I was blown away. It looks better than when I had it before, and it only had 8300 miles on it at that time. It drives fantastic and the entire process was easy.
