I was able to traded-in a CX-30 that was malfunctioned since the first year I got it. Julio was a big help trying everything to make the process easy and without any inconvenience. Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”

If you know anything about car dealers, it’s that they love to waste your tim, but that wasn’t the case here. Pricing was simple and transparent, and they gave straight answers to questions without any games. The certified VW we bought looks and drives brand new in every way. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them.
