“This was my first time using Schrafts and had issues with preauthorization from another company. Given the time sensitivity to the medication I needed, I was growing more concerned on if receive it in time. In the 11th hour, Ruqaiyah came to the rescue, provided options on how I could get my medication in time. Ruqaiyah went above and beyond, and ensured my medication would be sent that evening, even though the window for order fulfillment was quickly closing. “Randolph pharmacy is a gem for our town. Pros versus CVS.
- I’m able to reach them through text and phone quickly unlike CVS.
-They offer free delivery of medications. Saves a lot of time. Shout out to the delivery drivers who have long days to make sure we get our medications.
- Friendly service.
- Stocks difficult to find medications. I initially went to them because CVS made little effort to find one of my medications.
Con:
- Not open on Sundays. Everyone here works hard so I understand their need for a day off. I work around this. Only exception is when there is an urgent need for a medication on a Sunday.
Been a happy customer and I hope Randolph pharmacy continues providing the community with excellent service.”

“The pharmacist at this site has the utmost customer service. I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! I know time is valuable for everyone so even the offer was so appreciated. When i got my prescription, they even applied a coupon to my copay to make it $0. I do not find that kind of service in many places and am thankful. The kindness and compassion is 10/10 and their pharmacy service is 10/10. Truly I am so thankful and would recommend this pharmacist to anyone.”

I had just come from a wisdom tooth extraction and was in severe pain. Despite being close to the 7:00 PM closing time, he didn't make me wait or ask me to come back the next day. He told me to have a seat and handled it right then and there. His professionalism and empathy made a huge difference in a very difficult moment.
