“Outstanding assistance with buying a new computer and setting it up so that it was plug and play when I got home. Great technical staff at this venue as well as two good store managers. There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”

“When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”

I needed to print something extremely last minute (literally within 3 hours) for a funeral and I had to have something shipped to store for pickup. He made every accommodation for me, and kept me in the loop the entire time while I was frantically trying to get large photo posters printed to set up at the church. Thank you John for your support, understanding, flexibility, and for being an all around good human!!”

“This store deserves 10 Stars! Everyone at this location is professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. I actually go to this location, even though it is is farther from my office because of the staff there. Jaslin, Gerard, Justin, Nav, and Vanley are always ready to help. Mike , the Manager is the best! Unfortunately, sometimes, we the customers, are confused, in a hurry or in a bad mood and we don't treat these associates with the respect they deserve. I have witnessed customer abuse on several occasions to the point that I had to interject on their behalf, yet these people maintained a professional and calm attitude during these moments. Something I could not do nor could many of us in this situation. Thank You to the FEDEX employees at this store for maintaining a positive attitude and representing FEDEX in a way that is admirable! I will continue to use this FEDEX and will use other locations to support FEDEX and their outstanding employees.”
“Unfortunately I don’t know her name. Was there today Wednesday Sept 17 th approximately 3pm. She was soooo nice, and sooo helpful. Moved to Rockaway 6 months ago and still trying to find our way around. Have been in post office before but never met this very kind and knowledgeable lady. I was a little frustrated with the day I had and had to get a money order which I didn’t know bank does not do.They told me to go to post office. So I proceeded to post office. She was soooo nice and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect because being new in the area I thought “ great another aggravating situation “. Just want to make sure you know who I’m speaking of. again Sept 17th about 3PM. She was soooo nice great, helpful and felt Rockaway may have been a good move. Thank you sooo much postal worker on that day and time.”
“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

I go here for Amazon returns as well, which go smoothly, but the staff in that area can get overwhelmed with only 1 person assisting with both printing and returns. Knocking a star off for staffing but also because they don't always open on time like it is posted on their store hours.”

I actually go out of my way to use this location over others nearby. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, with the exception of one newer employee who seems less approachable. Lines can get long due to customer delays, not staff, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. The space is small but functional, and they have a fun selection of envelopes. Overall, a great post office.”
