The automated phone system is efficient despite being impersonal—I had a mail issue resolved quickly through an online form. Staff here used to feel cold and indifferent, but there’s been a noticeable shift lately. A kind older Asian woman who rotates between locations brings warmth to the service. Staff turnover seems high, and while they may be short-staffed, hiring doesn’t appear active.
Lines vary depending on the time and customer behavior, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. If the parking lot is full, expect a wait. The space is functional, though envelope selection is more limited than other nearby offices.”

I had to get a very large package down to Florida over a holiday weekend and he worked through many different options with me to make sure it got there well packaged and on time without costing a million dollars. “I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

Lines can get long due to customer delays, not staff, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. The space is small but functional, and they have a fun selection of envelopes. Overall, a great post office.”

I actually go to this location, even though it is is farther from my office because of the staff there. Jaslin, Gerard, Justin, Nav, and Vanley are always ready to help. Mike , the Manager is the best! Unfortunately, sometimes, we the customers, are confused, in a hurry or in a bad mood and we don't treat these associates with the respect they deserve. I have witnessed customer abuse on several occasions to the point that I had to interject on their behalf, yet these people maintained a professional and calm attitude during these moments. Something I could not do nor could many of us in this situation. Thank You to the FEDEX employees at this store for maintaining a positive attitude and representing FEDEX in a way that is admirable! I will continue to use this FEDEX and will use other locations to support FEDEX and their outstanding employees.”
