221 Bergen is a great place and a great place to live. It is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained apartment community in a very well-lit area. The building is new construction and offers reasonably priced, reasonably bigger rooms. It is very close to the PATH station, just a six-minute walk, and close to restaurants, stores, and a public park. Management is very welcoming and attentive, hosting fun community events to add to the quality of life. The staff provides excellent service and attentiveness, with frequent engagement and follow-up. A standout manager has turned the building around, enforcing rules and bringing order, including implementing a smart package management system to address lost packages. The maintenance team is great, attentive, and very well-organized, resolving problems promptly. Elevator issues are promptly communicated and addressed. While building security could improve and there is no dedicated play area for kids, residents find it a great value with a strong sense of community.
Timeka and Carl manage this property brilliantly. They have been superhelpful throughout our tenure here at 221 bergen!

Great place. Timeka helps with anything and everything. Maintenance guy is always available. Can improve the security of the building a bit more. There is no other apartment complex as reasonably priced as this one in Harrison

Great place to live! Management hosts fun events like free pie from local bakeries on Pi Day. Very clean apartment community and well-maintained. Very welcoming!
