“This is an excellent apartment building where I have been living for the longest period in this city, because it feels like a secure and cozy home to me. There is a big community here and they organize regular social activities. Nice amenities, good location aside the bay, and friendly people around here. Overall it’s a pretty cool place in many aspects. Come for a visit and you’ll see I’m just saying the truth.”

“Soho's management team has been wonderful to work with. They take your issues as a resident seriously. I had an issue with my dishwasher that Samantha resolved quickly, and a separate issue that Julian resolved effectively.
Giselle and Quann at the front desk are wonderful. Always warm and welcoming. Chris from maintenance is another friendly face that always helps in any way he can.
In addition to everyone's commitment to being kind and making the lofts feel like home, the complex itself is just beautiful and I find myself using the amenities often. I absolutely love living here.”

“Living at Bay 151 has been such a wonderful experience！ What truly makes this place special is the warm, welcoming community and the amazing staff who genuinely care about the residents.
I want to especially thank Julian, who has been incredibly patient and helpful every single time I needed assistance. No matter how big or small the issue was, Julian always took the time to help me resolve it. He is truly kind, reliable, and easy to work with — someone you can genuinely trust.
The building is always clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff work extremely hard and take their responsibilities seriously. I was shock to see staff clearing snow during a snowstorm, making sure the walkways were safe so residents. That level of dedication really means a lot. Thank you so much!

“We recently toured 77 Park Ave on two separate occasions to check on some apartments to our liking. Beni and Meredith from the Leasing Office were quite knowledgeable and client oriented. They provided us with a great touring experience. Although they had advised us to apply for the right apartment in order to secure the pricing of the day, they were not pushy. After touring a few other properties, we ended up applying for an apartment over there because we remembered how Beni and Meredith had been courteous, professional and client oriented.”
“Been here for half a year and generally pretty happy. Neighborhood isn’t at developed as downtown JC but it’s close to the PATH station so relatively easy to leave the area.
Pro: Amazing service and responsive front desk, things get fixed instantly, etc. Amenities are top notch especially with tower 3 opening.
Cons: speaking of T3… why put a quiet library/study space next to a noisy recreation room with zero sound isolation? Elevator can be slow during the peak hours which can be annoying, especially because there’s no display telling you where the elevator is.”

“It's a very pleasant place with trees and Hudson river to the west side. There are enough benches for seating. Extra attractions are some murals and statues. I like the violin or sitar on the ground art. Some tourists and local inhabitants are always walking around”

The location is excellent, quiet, and peaceful, yet everything we need is close by. The common areas are always clean, and the overall environment feels safe and pleasant.
What we especially appreciate is the great management and service. The staff is professional, responsive, and always ready to help. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and with care, which really makes a difference.

“Renewing our lease with Metro Meridia for the 3rd year. So far we have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests have been attended to and issues get fixed right away.
The only drawback we have is our apartment is above the gym, and tenants who workout are sometimes not mindful with the loud sound created when weights are dropped on the floor. It keeps us awake late at night or awakens us too early in the morning.
Some tenants do not clean after their pets that urine and feces are left at the stairwell, and left for the cleaning staff to clean.
Overall, our experience with the MetroMeridia has been great, despite the very slow elevators. Communications to tenants have been timely.”
“Living in liberty terace for more then 8 years , eight good years I have to say. Love neighbors ,property is nice and is family friendly orientated.
But best of all and no doubt about it is Mr Ramel, SUPER “super” who is mussel and soul of this complex , gentleman who love his job and people around him , man who’s able to make your day with one simple but honest “good morning “.

“My husband and I have lived at this property for 3 years and have loved living here. The management was always very responsive and the Super Mike is excellent. Recently there was a change in management and there were some growing pains with unresponsiveness. Since October, there is now an onsite property manager Kemora and she is absolutely wonderful! She turned things completely around for us and helped resolve our issues and concerns. Thanks Kemora and Mike!”

“5/5 stars best building in jersey city by a landslide. After living here a few year ago and now being back for a work relocation I explored my other options and buildings, while you might find a few others $100 cheaper or so what’s not included in those prices or their competitors hidden additional fees is what makes 65 bay stand apart. I made the last minute call to stick with what I already knew to be great service and a quality experience and 65 bay did not disappoint. In fact my entire lease signing process alone solidified that I made the right call to return and call 65 bay home. Brianna L from their leasing team is simply incredible at her job and customer service. I called on a Monday asked a million plus questions and she ensured I had a fully executed lease in place by end of day Tuesday to ensure I could move in the following Monday - all over a holiday weekend none the less! Brianna truly made my experience returning here everything and more and I can’t wait to move in!”
