There is a big community here and they organize regular social activities. Nice amenities, good location aside the bay, and friendly people around here. “I moved to the Grove of Watsessing about a month ago, and it has been nothing short of fantastic experience. Prior to moving in, both Lisa and Stiben were extremely helpful and accommodating. I am a very thorough and inquisitive person, and they patiently answered all of my rapid-fire questions. The apartments are modern, spacious, and quiet. The neighbors are also friendly, and the maintenance team is responsive.
Lisa has a warm, nurturing, and welcoming aura about her. I enjoyed chatting with her before she gave me my keys to my apartment.
Stiben is diligent, knowledgeable, and efficient. He just has a readiness about him when it comes to servicing the tenants here.
Together, both Stiben and Lisa create a wonderful relational dynamic that represents One92 and Grove Watessing very well. They have no idea how much their professionalism helped with my transition and feeling settled overall. I am glad to be under their property management.”
“I have moved here for a while. Really want to share my personal feedback about the life here. It’s a nice and quiet community. The office and maintenance are very responsible. Also, it’s so convenient since the NJ transit bus station is nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone who’s looking for a nice community to stay!”

“We recently moved into this apartment community, and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. The leasing department went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. They were professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions, making us feel valued every step of the way.
Moving can be overwhelming, but the leasing team made everything so easy. From the application process to move-in day, everything was organized and seamless. They were very accomodating of our situation and really worked with us to make sure we could move in quickly and on time. They truly care about their residents and made us feel right at home from day one.
We are so happy with our decision to move into this complex for all of its amenities and comforts, but even more thrilled that the team here has it together. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with outstanding customer service. I want to especially thank Julian, who has been incredibly patient and helpful every single time I needed assistance. No matter how big or small the issue was, Julian always took the time to help me resolve it. He is truly kind, reliable, and easy to work with — someone you can genuinely trust.
The building is always clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff work extremely hard and take their responsibilities seriously. I was shock to see staff clearing snow during a snowstorm, making sure the walkways were safe so residents. That level of dedication really means a lot. Thank you so much!

“It's a very pleasant place with trees and Hudson river to the west side. There are enough benches for seating. Extra attractions are some murals and statues. I like the violin or sitar on the ground art. Some tourists and local inhabitants are always walking around”
“Just moved in a few days ago & I must admit, the process has been stress free.
My girlfriend and I got the approval to lease the apartment within less than 24 hours and its a beautiful/refurbished space.
Specifically Esmeralda has gone above & beyond to make this process smooth as butter.
She responds to any requests you have immediately and she is very knowledgeable with the layout of the apartments.
She made this whole process a joyful one!”
“I moved into the Meridia on December 15th, 2023.Jasper had and continues to be responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations where I needed them. I haven't been in contact with the rest of management so far, however both Juan and Darren from maintance have also been very helpful thus far.Pros:- I love the layout of my 1bed loft apartment. I am unsure of the square footage now, however the loft makes the ceilings huge and the space feels bigger because of it.- There is a big closet in the bedroom, which I very much need and appreciate; it was honestly one of the selling points of the apartment for me.- The apartment has clearly been deep cleaned before moving in & possibly even repainted. This was greatly appreciated; out of all the apartments I saw during my search, this one was one of the cleanest.Cons:- I'm not partial to the fragrances in the lobby. Jasper was kind enough to remove the two near my apartment.EDIT FEBRUARY 9TH 2024:Just wanted to make additional comments about my experience. I've had issues with the water heater since moving into the apartment; maintenance was super responsive in addressing servicing the issue. After a month and some visits, they have replaced the heater and it's amazing, !!Like mentioned before, the apartment is beautiful and I am really enjoying it.”

“Recently needed to rent an apartment for my son. We were looking around the area and ended up at eleven80. We met Jasmine Smith the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, charming and welcoming. As we toured the building, I was very touched by the relationship she had with the staff from the concierge to the maintenance, as they greeted each other as friends. I totally fell in love with the more retro style of the building and how well kept it was. As we decided to sign a lease right there and then, the units we were looking at beagn to get taken up. Jasmine worked very hard and was as concerned as we were that we would not be able to get a unit. The location is ideal — right in the heart of Hoboken and super close to everything you could possibly need, yet still quiet and peaceful.
