“I had a great experience here today! 1 that changed the whole trajectory of my day. I was greeted by a young man who had not only great charismatics & mannerism but also a smile that can light up a room! Literally, I mean like his smile was handcrafted and made frm Jesus Christ himself. I was not able to get his name but I did purchase him a pink frosting donut while I stopped at the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts while waiting for my car to get serviced which was also a1 & 5-star service. That young man reminded me of a grandson I’ve sadly never had, people like him make the world go around seriously it’s the little things that count and matter to me. Ima longtime customer & I’ve always had good experiences @ Mavis but this one was much different & special. “I called Reyes International Tire Shop on a Tuesday morning looking for specific tires. Next day I went down without an appointment and they had them in. They were the wrong size initially but the manager went out of his way to have the driver get the tires and they were there within 30 minutes. Additionally while waiting for the tires they did my rear brakes for me after pointing out uneven wear on the back. Normally, I do my own brakes and rotors at home but the price they gave me i couldn’t say “no ill do it myself”. After the tires and rear brakes were done I can honestly say I would rather drive an hour and a half (because I live far) to have Reyes International Tire do my service, than drive 10 minutes down the road to the dealership! Hands down recommend!”
