I will never go to Firestone ever, ever again. They have a nice little sitting area with WIFI, and the boss shared some snacks. “Thomas Tire is PHENOMENAL!!! I live in NYC and while out of town, got a nail in the tire of my new RR. I stayed in Greensboro, NC for the furniture market in High Point. I paid 3K for an insurance policy on my tires and rims (third RR, didn't use it for the first car, didn't buy it for the next one and Murphy's Law, spent bank on tire issues, so bought the policy for my latest). Well Greensboro RR wouldn't see me until the day after I was leaving! Hubby called Thomas Tire and they told him to come, they'd get the car in asap. Upon arrival he asked about the insurance policy and they hadn't heard of it so he said no worries, he would submit the claim himself. When the car was ready, they didn't charge ANYTHING!!! Got him back on the road within 1.5 hours and no charge...that is AMAZING SERVICE. I'm a fan, if I lived in GSO, they would be my go-to tire place. I go to market twice a year, so I will make every effort to get my tires serviced there...THANK YOU!!!!”

“At last, an honest repair shop... I recently took my car to their shop on a friend's recommendation after I swiped a curb with my tire and took a chunk out of it. I went in with the full expectation of getting a new set of tires. After showing the damage to Mr. Alan, he stated that I didn't need new tires yet and that I should just monitor it in case it gets worse. How many shops do you know of that do the right thing, even if it means not getting a sale?. I won't be taking any more chances at other places since I know I'll be taken care . I described Stop and Go Tire Shop at 87 Bloomfield Ave in Newark, New Jersey, is that i have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same problem. It is always fixed right the first time, and that is important to me.Alan goes the extra mile!!! I would recommend Stop and Go, to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable.
