I usually work with Yago—who's super friendly, professional, and really knows what he’s doing, but honestly, they’re all great guys there. Over the years they’ve handled everything from tire work to fixing issues on my car, and every time the job is done quickly, efficiently, and with care.
What really stands out is the attention to detail and respect for your vehicle. They always leave my car just as clean as I brought it in (which hasn’t been my experience at other shops). No grease, no mess—just solid, clean work.
One moment that really stuck with me was when my mom brought her car in. She’s a house cleaner, so her car was packed with supplies. “Thomas Tire is PHENOMENAL!!! I live in NYC and while out of town, got a nail in the tire of my new RR. I stayed in Greensboro, NC for the furniture market in High Point. I paid 3K for an insurance policy on my tires and rims (third RR, didn't use it for the first car, didn't buy it for the next one and Murphy's Law, spent bank on tire issues, so bought the policy for my latest). Well Greensboro RR wouldn't see me until the day after I was leaving! Hubby called Thomas Tire and they told him to come, they'd get the car in asap. Upon arrival he asked about the insurance policy and they hadn't heard of it so he said no worries, he would submit the claim himself. When the car was ready, they didn't charge ANYTHING!!! Got him back on the road within 1.5 hours and no charge...that is AMAZING SERVICE. I'm a fan, if I lived in GSO, they would be my go-to tire place. I go to market twice a year, so I will make every effort to get my tires serviced there...THANK YOU!!!!”
