Costumer service is very good,steve and the Ladies are very friendly.
In the office they have big machine and make so much noise,i feels sorry for the workes and they ears.

I have lived at my address for 49 years and I still have mailmissing because I use first number of double number house. After 49 years you would think they know my name. Horrible service.

visit on 4/23 this was my second day here and from a mistake i made. I waited in line and gathered all the info needed to return. Im sorry for the bad reviews previously posted but my family and i had a pleasure working w. Scoop and Gina. They have a great system, very knowledgeable, work well under pressure and i appreciate their service. Scoop worked swiftly but was very thorough. Its very clear of what the customer need to bring: you can find the info online or ask. Thank you both for being warm to my children and making this process a swift one.
You can make passport appointments online and they do walk in hours tues-thursday 830-930
Po boxes, money orders, shipping packages can also be done here.
Update: my childrens passports arrived on time. Thank you Gina and Scoop again !!!! We will return when its time to renew.

I will give zero star if I could. There's one lady who wears glasses loud as hell, rude, disrespectful and reading the comments below me can confirm she is racist to Spanish people. She talks to you if you are a child. I have no idea how she got that job. She needs to retired or get fired . Lady you work in Harrison which many Spanish people live in this area. Please someone address this matter. This is horrible.

Very bad service from the man who was working on March 18th. He is elderly and was very racist. He didn't help us and with a very bad face he gave us the passport application. You go and pay for the services, it's not free and if he is working it's because they pay him a salary to serve people. But I didn't like the attitude of that man. I don't know if it was because he saw us as Latinos because he served other people well and I didn't want to be disrespectful because of the gray hair that the man already has, but people like that are not good at serving people.

The female staff handling passport appointments at this location is very rude and unprofessional. She shouts and rushes you and threatens to cancel your appointment without any consideration or plausible reason. It’s as though we are asking her a favor and she’s not there to do a job. this is unacceptable as we are paying for a service!

The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The postal worker in charge of passport appointments today spoke harshly, discriminated against Spanish speakers and did not allow me to translate on behalf of someone in the line who did not speak English. The treatment was completely unacceptable as people come for a service they are paying for. These workers represent the American government and do so very poorly.

Steve was an old guy working as a clerk. The most racist rude and disrespectful person ever. Didn’t acknowledge me. His customer service skills were horrible please be more mindful of who you are hiring.

The staff here were not helpful. I came once to mail something and wasn’t sure if I needed a signature service when sending documents to the IRS, considering the importance of what I was mailing. The staff said nothing and just left it up to me to decide. I understand they might not know for sure if a signature was necessary, but if that's the case, couldn't they at least be a bit friendlier, instead of giving me attitude first thing in the morning and making me figure it out on my own.
