“Convenient, charming UES boutique hotel in a terrific location, with easy access to just about everywhere. Xoshera who manages the Reception desk (and just about everything else) could not have been more solicitous—from handling our requests and doing everything possible to accommodate us, to somehow managing all of our luggage single-handedly, and always with a smile. That kind of warmth and helpfulness makes a real difference. The Franklin has become our go-to spot in New York, and we’ll keep coming back.”
“Very good value for the price. The location is very central and convenient for visiting most of New York’s main tourist attractions. They also have filtered water available on the ground floor if you’re not a fan of NYC tap water. The staff was always friendly and attentive, and for a 4-star hotel, I think it delivers exactly what you would expect no less, no more. One feature I really enjoyed was the outdoor terrace-style balconies available from the 19th to the 26th floors, which are great for having a coffee, a drink, or a smoke while enjoying the view. Overall, a very good option for staying in NYC.”

Location is near Chinatown near all the good food
Rooms are spacious and affordable
Everyone is very very kind
They give you two waters that can be refilled on floors 2 and 15
The front desk also had Kore coffee deals
Fridges are empty, which is good for long-term stays
The cleaner went out of her way to ask if we needed our room cleaned while we were out for breakfast”

For dining, Id recommend the beef wellington, along with literally any Italian dishes. You can enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine,outside at either The Bowery (2nd Fl.) or Lobby Terrace. Historic! “The Blue Moon hotel feels like you have traveled back in time the moment you step inside the lobby. The hotel was clean, rooms were lovely and spacious, for a NYC hotel. This is a historic, family run hotel, so don’t expect fancy amenities, although our room was equipped with a small fridge, burner and sink on an ample size counter, and you can order your fridge pre-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Located right across the street from the Tenement Museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at the NH Collection New York Madison Avenue over US Open weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and we truly had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
I called the hotel the day before our arrival to let them know we were celebrating and asked if they could help me arrange a small surprise for my boyfriend with a bottle of Prosecco and dessert. The team went above and beyond to help me put everything together and make our arrival feel special.
They were also incredibly accommodating with an early check-in, and when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised to find out that they had upgraded us to an even nicer suite. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our anniversary weekend that much more memorable.
A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service throughout our stay. We felt genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived.
We absolutely loved our stay and already can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in New York. Highly recommend!”

“I found my new NYC hotel! The location is amazing as you can walk to so many key areas, like the New York Public Library and Bryant Park.
The room is beautiful. Nice bathroom and shower. Super clean.

“This was our second time at the Harlem Flip House. We really enjoyed our stay - again 😀! It’s very peaceful and has a very special charm. It seems like a nice mixture between a boutique hotel and staying at a friend’s place.
The shower is the best we had in a long time. Old fashioned but very powerful🚿.

“When I read that this hotel was better than you expected, I was sceptical, but when entered Henn Na hotel, I understood it. Super location if you travel by train via Penn station. “We stayed at the pearl hotel over Labor Day weekend and had two rooms reserved for 4 people. The rooms were huge by Manhattan standards, clean, and comfortable. The really outstanding part was the service. Samantha from the front desk helped me with a hiccup in my reservation that would originally not allow the other guests arriving before me to check in under my reservation. She talked me through changing reservations on the phone and reassured that check in would not be a problem for the other guests after the change. Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time while we there. Would definitely stay here again if looking for an accommodation near Times Square while still having comfort and quiet to recharge for exploring the city. Thank you!”

Both doorman went out of their way to be helpful. Front desk staff were pleasant. Location is also ideal. So close to subway and street was not overly noisy or busy. Drug store, food and groceries close by. We would definitely come back just for the staff and location.”

“Our favorite NYC area hotel!! We are native New Yorkers but we now live 2 hours north of the city. We stay here when visiting family and friends several times a year. The Wythe is thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The food and beverage options are great. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms and common areas are very clean.
