I called them and was asked to bring the vehicle back which I did. They replaced the wheel trim and cleaned the inside of the car. Therefore I'm changing my review from a two star to 4. Will not give 5 stars because I shouldn't have to call to complain. But with that being said they addressed the problem, so all is good.
Initially I had left a nice review without taking a close look at the car...yes my mistake. But now that I looked at more closely I'm changing my review to a two star rating due to how filthy they left the inside of the car.
And a few days later the wheel well trim is popping out. Yes, I will call them ..”
“Lincoln of Wayne has been a great dealership and service provider.
Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”

“I've been using this shop for years. I've built a relationship where I can depend on them. Most recently I am heading west for 2 weeks and drop the bike off for a clutch. The clutch was replaced but other issues were found and the timeline shortened. I needed the bike back in just a couple days. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“Prestige Mercedes auto body came highly recommended by a friend as I was involved on a hit/run 2 weeks ago. My rear bumper was damaged from this accident. I met with Rafael and he promised to fix and re-painted the bumper for a price that is very fair compared to 2 other body repair shops who quoted me earlier.
I picked up car today and the bumper looks like brand new, just like b4 the accident.
Overall experience is great and a body shop that gives a fair price to all customers and provide a good finishes on every body work.
