“I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a higher star rating but I have had pleasant experiences every time I have come in. Since it's near my son's karate school we usually stop by for a coffee or slurpie however last night we ordered the Spicy Italian. They have a sit down area and it was clean. The coffee area is always well kept. Honestly can't say much about the folks who work there because the interactions have been limited to them just handing us a straw or our order. There was someone on break yesterday and she did engage with my son who was asking if she was on break.”

Nice guys who followed up promptly when the car was ready for pickup.Most Euro shops will tell you oh you need to replicate driver weight in the seat - or we don’t have the proper equipment, and while some of that may be true - a wheel alignment is back to the basics stuff -but still a dying art that requires years to master the craft. Got the car back and she tracks straight as an arrow.PS - if this is how they treat B2B customers - you retail guys are in for a treat. Have found my new alignment shop!”

“My daughter parked her Toyota at a friend's house in Wayne for 2 weeks during some international travel. The car wouldn't start the next day and she was at a loss how she was going to get back to Connecticut in time for work that afternoon. She called Wayne Shell at random for roadside assistance. Maury responded within 15 minutes and jumped the Toyota. My daughter followed Maury back to the service station where Maury checked the battery, found it weak (it was 4 years old) and replaced it for her at a very reasonable price. Considering the quick response time for the roadside assistance and the quality and completeness of the work, I was extremely satisfied. More, my daughter had been anxious about her delayed departure causing her to miss work. Maury resolved the situation promptly and professionally and got her back on the road so quickly that she made it to work on time, even after the 3-hour drive. Maury, thanks for helping out my girl. I wish Wayne Shell was my neighborhood service station. They'd be my first choice.Service: Battery”
