“Great Pharmacy with more than just medicine. My son loved playing with the train tracks they have set up to the side when you walk in. My entire time being a customer there I’ve only dealt with to people who work there a nice man who is curious and helpful. And a young lady who is very nice and brightens up my day when I walk in and she says hello with a smile. I’ll stay a customer here as long as I can. You actually feel like a person and you deal with people who treat you that way. Unlike the big pharmacies where you are barely a face your pretty much just a number. “Above and Beyond. I went to a sports medicine dr yesterday and he prescribed me a couple of prescriptions for a shoulder injury and gave me the card from this pharmacy and told me to call them. Before I even had a chance to call they had already called me saying they were ready to deliver to me. They're up on 125th street and I'm in Queens. I was very impressed just by that. But then the guy came to deliver just a few hours later with not just my prescriptions but some complimentary gifts like a mask, sanitizer, soap, a pen, some paper and more. I must say it made me feel as if I lived in more of a small town and not NYC. What a wonderful gesture. Thank you very much.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank the US Pharmacy Lab for their kindness and compassion towards me last Monday. After being discharged from the hospital around 8:30PM, I was given paper scripts that needed to be filled immediately. By the time I got back into the area, my regular pharmacy was closed and I was scrambling to find a 24-hour pharmacy. On a whim, I called the US Pharmacy Lab in Northvale, NJ and got in touch with the owner, David Yoon. Although the pharmacy was closed, David told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the store. As promised, about 10 minutes later, he arrived at the store, quickly filled my prescriptions, and completely eased my mind in the process. After having such a positive experience, I will now be making a permanent switch to the US Pharmacy Lab for all of my regular prescription needs. Thank you again!”

They have always been very capable of getting any kind of medication that is necessary and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of not just your medication but of who you are. Recently I have been in a new program called SYN.This program puts all of your medication together at one time every month and you do not have to call in refills or try to get prescriptions even around the same time every month. They are all synced together for you. The woman in charge of the program Shivani has been amazing to work with and has made everything simple. She is on top of everything and will call every month and go over the medication’s that they will be sending. No more dealing with Dr. office refills or calling the pharmacy for refills. This is absolutely the best program I have ever had and it is run so smoothly I would recommend it to anyone receiving multiple prescriptions per month.”
