“I would like to express my gratitude to the Bank Manager of the Hawthorne Branch for helping me get my car started.
When I was about to leave, after visiting the Hawthorne Branch, last Monday, Dec 2nd, my car would not start apparently because of the cold weather. I asked the Branch Manager if she could give me some assistance which she did.
Since my car was parked on the handicapped spot, she graciously helped push my car so that there would be enough space to have her SUV jump my car with my jump cable. And my car started with just one click!
The Hawthorne Bank Manager is also a Good Samaritan!

“A bank is a bank. I like Chase in general. My Chase, on Lafayette ave in Hawthorne NJ, however, I cannot say I Like it. I LOVE IT. The entire staff is always very nice so I would like to express that. I feel I really need to shine a light on one Employee in particular. Her name is Marsha and when I walk in with my son, she comes out from behind the desk, simply to say hello and give my son a hug when he is feeling normal, and a High Five when he is feeling shy. Marsha even knows how my son is feeling for crying out loud!!! Someone needs to give this woman a raise and some praise. I could tell you countless things about her customer service and amazing personality. Those things are HUGE today, where customer service is a rare find. But that Hug for my son... Marsha you are wonderful and I hope you get to see this review!”
