“This branch is run exceptionally well.Miss Margarita is one of the most amazing bank employees I have ever met. She is always extremely helpful, kind and responsive. I also enjoy working with miss Angels the manager of this branch. She is also very kind and helpful. Overall I am impressed with how amazing this bank is and how personable everyone here is. “A bank is a bank. I like Chase in general. My Chase, on Lafayette ave in Hawthorne NJ, however, I cannot say I Like it. I LOVE IT. The entire staff is always very nice so I would like to express that. I feel I really need to shine a light on one Employee in particular. Her name is Marsha and when I walk in with my son, she comes out from behind the desk, simply to say hello and give my son a hug when he is feeling normal, and a High Five when he is feeling shy. Marsha even knows how my son is feeling for crying out loud!!! Someone needs to give this woman a raise and some praise. I could tell you countless things about her customer service and amazing personality. Those things are HUGE today, where customer service is a rare find. But that Hug for my son... Marsha you are wonderful and I hope you get to see this review!”

“Love this bank although it is decades behind others in terms of technology. They only just added remote deposit to their app, but you are limited to $2000. This isn’t enough to deposit rents checks if you have tenants. The limit is ridiculous and frustrating. Please get rid of it!!!!!”
