They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.
Highly recommend this UPS Store at 448 Chamberlain Ave. Great service, great staff, and always a positive experience!

If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”
“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”
“Nahed was amazing to work with—she facilitated a really quick turnaround and we were so happy with the quality. They printed several 4ft-high panels for us with full bleed on foam core. The width was a custom size. All of that probably made it a pretty complicated order but it didn’t faze them and our displays look amazing!”
