“I ordered thank you photo cards following a recent event. Upon picking them up, I noticed that some of the cards had imperfections.
Karen was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and was kind enough to follow up with me the next day to provide an update on the status of my order.
She demonstrated genuine empathy, care, and compassion, which can be hard to find these days. I truly appreciate everything she did to ensure our cards were reprinted beautifully and that the issue was resolved seamlessly. Her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed!”

The only problem with this store is having enough help and getting backlogged trying to get the scripts ready for customers. They need to put a person on the drive thru window only or close it.”
