Many of the fruits are in season but few of them are ripe! Peaches, cantaloupes and honeydew are like eating tasteless cardboard. I think it's time to reeducate your staff on produce quality and get better corporate buyers.

Apple's in the apple pie are raw and not cooked enough. At least I was able to find everything that I need, the store was clean, and plenty of parking.

8:45 pm, June 21, Saturday. At the cold cuts counter I asked if they would help me get a pound of corned beef. The three employees working refused to help me as they were preparing to ācloseā the section. This was after another customer was served before me. I left with the disappointment of your lack of willingness to provide a positive customer experience. ShopRite, you donāt deserve my business.

My recent experience at ShopRite was profoundly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the self-checkout attendant, Abby, and unclear digital coupon policies. The customer service I encountered was not only unhelpful but also discourteous, leaving me feeling disrespected.
The Poland Spring water promotion advertised a price of 3 for $10 with a digital coupon or 3 for $15 without. Unaware that the digital coupon needed to be downloaded prior to checkout, I scanned the items, and the total reflected the higher price. When I inquired about obtaining the discounted price, Abby curtly informed me that downloading the coupon would take 15 minutes and that I should have done it before approaching the register. She then walked away without offering further assistance. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I reluctantly paid the $15. This experience highlighted the lack of clear communication regarding ShopRiteās digital coupon policy, which requires customers to load coupons onto their account before the transaction begins.
Furthermore, I had six items in my cart and intended to pay using different cards. Abby returned and rudely informed me that separate transactions were not permitted at the self-checkout, despite there being no line or other customers waiting. This restriction was not communicated beforehand, and I was taken aback by the store dictating my payment method.
This experience has left me questioning the quality of customer service and clarity of policies at ShopRite. Clear communication and respectful treatment are fundamental to a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, both were lacking during my visit.

Absolutely no wipes for carts or hands...this place should be fined for not keeping people safe. Shame on them.

STUPID STUPID DELIVERY PEOPLE.
We leave instructions because we have people who are old and can't get to the ground to pick up the bags. So we leave a simple request to knock on the door and put them inside the door help these old people. But now you have stupid people who put the bags on the patio that they can't open the patio door to bend down and get the bags. It's a delivery job it's not brain surgery have a heart. We're not asking you to put the things away we're just asking you to get them off the ground.

Watch your expiration dates they do not take stuff off the floor. Canāt tell you how many times I bought Cold cuts that were past expiration date didnāt notice I got home or moldy bread. Didnāt notice till I got home. They need to double check everything there.

It is getting very expensive for sure. Plus the cheap owners refuse to install EV charging stations. So do most grocery shopping at Stop & Shop as they have EV chargers.

Cashiers are outright horrible. The deli department is slow and constantly runs out of product, especially sale items. Whomever is training the staff needs to take a refresher course. (See photo) They claim that there are no substitutions because the manager is not available. They seem to wait until almost something in every aisle needs restocking. They seem not to be able to control theft. Their solution is to treat everyone as a criminal. I finally got tired of waiting for improvement, especially the deli department. They consistently run out of product, and due to shortage in staff, the complete disarray of the department, and the failure of fulfilling application orders, I have switched to the Aberdeen Shoprite. They have product and a full and friendly service.
