Rosa is absolutely AMAZING. She helped me today and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I always put off upgrading my phone because you never know what type of person you get but I was so incredibly happy and lucky to have Rosa help me. She cares, it’s more than a job to her - you can just tell. Forever thankful for her amazing customer service and professionalism. Thank you Rosa!!

Shoutout to Aaron for asking if I needed assistance, once he was done with his customer. I was skipped over by reps, and customers that had arrived after me, were taken care of before me. Reps didn't want to acknowledge me as a customer, as they all walked away to a room in the back of the store. It would seem that proper customer service is given selectively at this location.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars.Worst Verizon store I’ve ever used! They canceled ALL my 5 pickup orders in the past few weeks during Black Friday/Cyber weeks without any explanation. Totally wasted of my time. They are liars, the worst thing they did was:11pm: I placed a pickup order successfully.The 2nd day around 9am: the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick it up!!!How ridiculous!You see what they did: they tricked the system to make it look like it was my fault the order was cancelled. When you contact the Verizon customer service, it would look like i didn’t pickup so it got cancelled until you show the agent the timestamps of ordering & cancelation, Which makes the shopping experience even harder. Imagine you thought you got a good deal during black Friday from Verizon and after a few hours, it is gone without no reason. This process repeated 5 times, you can imagine how frustrated I felt. Initially, I thought my account was flagged with fraud or something, but when I called the Verizon fraud team, they said everything is ok on my account! This makes the whole thing a mystery!The other odd things I saw:1. The Verizon online support also checked the inventory for me and confirmed it was in stock. He even helped me place the order again, unfortunately, it got cancelled too!2. Once it got cancelled, if you check the inventory another day, it still showed in stock, which is ridiculous.My conclusion:If the item was out of stock, it shouldn’t keep showing in stock after the cancellation. Since this was the 75% discount of the accessories, I think this store didn’t want the customer to have the item with a huge discount. This is not cool! I have zero issue with pickup orders in other stores.My suggestion to the store manager:I got it if you guys don’t want to sell an item with a huge discount, just to be honest, take it down from the inventory online. Please don’t play games and waste people’s time to order and cancel. Stop telling lies.As a loyal Verizon user, I am very disappointed with the terrible shopping experience! Also, I tied to call the store number listed in the order to figure out what was going on, but it went to Verizon customer service directly, useless.I already made a complaint through Verizon customer service. Let’s see how it goes.Stay away from this Verizon store!!!

I had been a loyal T-Mobile customer for six years with two phone lines, but due to poor coverage in my area, I decided to switch to Verizon, which offered better service. Everything went smoothly for the first four months until I requested that Verizon switch the numbers between my Android and iPhone.Unfortunately, after this change, both of my phones lost signal, and despite spending over 10 hours on the phone with Verizon over the course of 96 hours, the issue remained unresolved. It was frustrating because each time I called, I was transferred to different representatives, but there was no progress. They repeatedly promised a resolution within a day, but I only received rescheduled appointment messages.I'm truly disappointed with Verizon's service and regret switching to them. I strongly advise against choosing this company.

I'm a customer so in general I like Verizon, and this store has always been a good one to me because I think I got my first phone here? I was disappointed that nobody introduces themselves as the greeter when you walk in because you need to sign up in order to be served eventually and the wait was 1 hour on random Wednesday a few weeks ago

HorribleJessica is the worst and lied… she told me that my broken phone would not be in use but then she put my extended number that she charged me for to that broken phone and literally was not able to provide my contacts in my new phone. What a freaking horror show this was, and took forever while she had an attitude and her smart remarks did not carryover well for customer service the worst ever I will be back inBe in tomorrow

I've been with Verizon for almost 20 years.....I walk in to discuss the warranty and the manager tells me they can't help me and hads me a paper. Doesn't offer to call the insurance people for me or anything. He told me to speak with someone at that number but you can't get past the automated system! Are you kidding me?! Ridiculous service.

I honestly hate where this whole cell phone world has gone to. The whole triage check in with 3 people there and then they tell you it's a 10-20 minute wait... but there are 2 other people standing next to you doing nothing...it feels like going to a doctors appointment now.

PLEASE BEWARE OF WHAT THEY DO! DAUGHTER BOUGHT A PHONE I ASKED IF THEY COULD SET UP NEW PHONE WAS TOLD "OF COURSE." ADVISED I DIDN'T WANT MY MONTHLY BILL TO CHANGE. GET HOME TO FIND OUT THEY ADDED A PROTECTION PLAN OF $17 A MONTH WHICH WE NEVER ASKED FOR OR APPROVE AND THEY CHARGED $29.99 TO SET UP THE PHONE! WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 20 YRS WILL NEVER PURCHASE A PHONE AGAIN FROM VERIZON WILL GO TO BEST BUY! BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY! MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE WOULD BE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT OR MONTHLY BILLS FOR HIDDEN CHARGES! CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REMOVED BOTH CHARGES

I went today for an upgrade on my daughters phone. Jess helped us and she could not have been more helpful. She found significant savings on my account and I was able to get an Apple watch for only a few more dollars per month. She’s personable and knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience. I’ve always had good experiences there but this one stood out!!

Very unprofessional and horrible service!They call and text 100 times to convince you to change your business plan to Verison and when i did after 2 days 3 of the lines don’t work! And now no one answers and no one in the store knows how to solve the solution. As a business owner can’t have phones not working for couple days. They are not knowledgeable enough! I am so frustrated and so unsatisfied with the whole process! Vincent Ferrentino is very unprofessional and unreliable
