“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. “This bank is great. It does get busy during lunch times and around closing time. Their atm is sometimes down but it's seldom. The next BOA is in Menlo Mall. I signed up for a savings account here at ease. The rep was helpful in explaining the different types of accounts. I come here for the drive thru ATM :)”

“Very convenient location with 2 ATMs outside for 24/7 use. Usually haven't had a problem here I've been using this branch for many years. But more often than not recently every time I go the teller will remind me that I could have completed this transaction at the ATM. It's one thing if they're saying it out of consideration of my time, but usually it's in an annoyed way. I'm sorry but I prefer to bank with a real live person and most of the time there is no line anyways...”
