“After hearing from a repair chain they had an 8 week turnaround for computer repairs, I headed here hauling my huge desktop PC with muted hopes. My issue ended up being something silly that was my own fault.
They suspected this, tested their theory and fixed it for free, right on the spot, and the employee couldn't have been nicer and more comforting the whole time. I had a great experience and I'm very grateful. Will definitely be back!”

Lots of strange freeze up software problems that requires time to analyze and fix. The Safe Haven team has done a great job fixing this twice, and charging in my mind very little for getting five businesses back up and running. This one has been here for a while, has undergone many renovations and is still the better stocked one of the greater area. Parking is easy, the lot is easy to get in and out of, and the store is clean inside.”

“Booked a demo session on Apple Vision Pro, for myself, hubby and my next door neighbors. We couldn’t indicate that it was for 4 people online, so I explained it when I arrived (which was late!). The staff was so wonderful, and they set up the demo for all 4 of us simultaneously! Anton, who teaches how to do the presentation gave us the demo. He was so patient with us, and his passion for this new technology was so infectious. We ended up having a life changing experience together as best friends and resolving to purchase 2 Apple Vision Pro headsets. The service and support in this store is incredible. It’s a store that sells technology, but the focus of the employees like Anton is definitely on the humans that will be using and controlling it. We are so grateful to be so well taken care of. We will not shop for apple products ANY OTHER PLACE!”

“Went in because I built my own Pc at home and was having an issue in the bios. Called micro center and Best Buy geek squad, and Cyber Knight had a better price. They hooked me up, for $59 they diagnosed that I had hooked up my aio cooler incorrectly.. and he repaired it for free! Probably the best experience I’ve had!”
