City Auto in Hightstown has consistently proven to be both knowledgeable and honest. On three separate occasions, I received estimates from dealerships that were nearly twice as high as the estimates provided by City Auto for the same issues. In each case, the dealership overstated the scope of work and inflated the cost, while City Auto identified exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less.
The work has always been done correctly, efficiently, and at a fair price—often significantly less, sometimes even half of what the dealership quoted. That level of transparency and integrity is rare in this industry.

“I first met Dave Matticoli about a decade and a half ago when I used to sneak out with my Dad’s car in high-school and invite mischief ? whether it be hitting a deer (2x), reversing no into a stationary object or even being hit in the rear by another driver in New York, Dave has been there for all my mishaps. Gino Auto Body has not changed a single bit. Every time I fixed my car with Gino I was able to forgive myself as well because it was like the damage never occurred. As a true Local Guide on Google I can vouch that all these reviews for GINO’s is 100% real and they go above and beyond for each and every customer. If they quote you and don’t promise perfection I would not sweat it because they have very high standards. Whenever Dave told me “this was the best I could “ it truly was. Thank you Gino’s for being a true gem in the Autobody automotive industry. I have recommend numerous friends to Dave’s shop who have all had a positive experience as well. God Bless!”
“I had hit a deer at high speed so I needed a lot of the front end replaced. I have never needed to use a body shop before so I was at the mercy of recommendations and internet searches. I called places that told me it would take a least a month, or couldn’t even see me for a month, and then I found this place - and I really wish I had called them first.
I spoke to Louis on the phone and explained to him what the situation was. The first thing he said to me after I finished was “are you alright?” I was instantly sold. This is the only body shop I called where they actually asked me if I was alright, and not “yeah we can do that” or “bring it in.” It was so unbelievably nice to have a real human interaction with someone.
I am unnecessarily over-obsessive with my car, but it came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Patrick and Louis are so easy to communicate with and they kept me well informed throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend; 5 stars doesn’t seem like just quite enough.”

“JZ Auto Worx fixed a problem with my car that was caused by an incorrect battery installation by AAA. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it correctly.

“Branning did a great job with the car, feels like brand new! Estimate was quick, they work with enterprise nearby so they come pick you up and you can drop off the rental at Branning which is a plus! The have their own calibration capabilities for BMW incase anything wrong with the sensors - They are responsive as well, always pick up calls and call back. I would recommend them for anyone in the area.”

The second I walked through the doors of body by mule I was greeted by Ron, a friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. My car had gone through a heck of an accident and I was having an issue getting it fixed on time. Ron and Chris put the pedal to the metal and got right on it. You cannot ask for a more personable down to earth crew handling your collision repairs. God forbid I get into another accident, I'm taking my vehicle back here everytime.”

We explained the situation to City Auto Body, and they came to the rescue! They made the repair while we waited, and for free as a gesture of “good luck!” It was so kind of them! The door issue is totally fixed, and it only took them about a half an hour!”
