“Excellent lab for the covid test. Helpful customer service before and after the test. They have provided quick and descriptive answers to my multiple questions before and after the test. Helped in insurance coverage. Results were provided on the same day or quick service with no hassle. My parents were flying on Sunday and, they were there for us. With them I had peace of mind that I may not have with other lab. Don't look further, this is the lab I will recommend highly.”

“As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”

“I had to get blood work done twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I went to Walgreens Lab Corp because of the emergency closure at the lab corp building. Shaku was sent to the Walgreens location. She helped me through my blood work despite my fainting spells around blood. I had to go back to the normal Lab Corp location to get additional blood work and by fate I was assigned to Shaku again one week later. She remembered my fainting spells and sat with me and helped me through it. Please request Shaku she’s wonderful.”
“In the past two weeks, I've had to go to the Quest on Ewing Street in Princeton, NJ. Both times I could not have had better service. The people who work there are awesome. I know Gigi from frequently having to give blood but other nurses/techs that work there are super nice and very calming and always explain the tests I have to have. Considering how hard they work, and the grumpy people they probably often deal with, they are about as pleasant and kind as you could be. I highly recommend this Quest and wish I could give them all a raise and a month's paid vaca (at least)!”

“Thank you to the professional and kind staff here. I walked in at 1:58 on a Friday not realizing they closed at 2pm to get testing done for my 4 year old daughter. They took us without hesitation and were amazing with my daughter. Because they took us in we discovered next morning she needed to go to the ER for her blood and iron levels. We didn’t have to wait until Monday for the blood test. So grateful and appreciative.”

“I was honestly nervous coming here because of the previous reviews, especially about difficult blood draws- but my experience was the complete opposite.
Veronica, the phlebotomist, was excellent! She got the vein on the first try, was very gentle and patient, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was okay. One of the easiest blood draws I’ve had, even with a large number of tests.
The front desk was efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, this was a smooth, positive experience, and I’m really glad I didn’t let the reviews scare me away!”

“I had a splendid experience at this facility, today is black friday and i just walked-in a book of scripts for my bloodwork. First i was impressed by the massive parking lot, next the walk to the labcorp suite is so impressive with beautiful views in the walking corridor to office. Next i signed in and called in within 5 minutes with nice waiting seating area. The receptionist was so warm, patient as i had too many scripts and she smilingly and patiently entered all my blood work scripts and asked me for urine sample which i did! Next i met i think her name is julian and told her that i am sensitive to needles and just take it easy, she smiled and said no worries and took my blood without me feeling anything with the needle insert and 5 minutes all done! End to End as walkin with lovely care, smiles, patience and answering all my questions. I am really glad to have chosen this facility for it was quick, remarkable, splendid experience! “Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”

“Today, was our first experience at Brunswick Hills,OB/GYN. My sister had to go for a follow up with a gynocologist,she has the nicest doctor. I liked her so much I booked my appointment with her. Everyone from check in to checkout were wonderful. Everyone made you feel at home,at ease and comfortable. Love it here . Would definitely recommend this place”
