“I’m local to this store and surprised why so many people complain about employees being rude.
Had multiple interactions with the store in past few years, for a variety of transactions including shipping, dropping amazon packages, hold for pickups and even a fingerprint appointment.
Employee has always been polite and reasonable. If you know what to expect for what you try to do, you will never have any problems with this store.
Google rating does not do justice to the owner and employees in this case.”
“John and Henry do amazing work! They were able to help us design and deliver high-quality T-shirts with our logo on it under 24 hours! We will absolutely be using them for all our future merch, and they are the place we go to when we are looking for shirts! They work so hard to make sure that the design experience is as easy as possible, and they make sure everything gets done to your specifications. A truly wonderful team works here! One time, I even saw a customer walk out because of a long line, and the owner went all the way to the parking lot to make sure the person was okay and not upset .... that really showed how much he cares.
