Customers often praise the company's professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. One reviewer described the team as "polite and professional, responsive to all of my requests." Intermedia has proven its ability to handle rush projects, such as large-scale Bates-numbered document printing, consistently meeting tight deadlines and maintaining clear communication with clients. Recently, the company successfully produced customized pumpkin stress balls for a Halloween event on the Princeton campus, with Darr being very responsive and understanding of the needs, especially during a temporary port strike. The quality of the product and quick turnaround impressed customers. Additionally, Intermedia's advanced printing technology excelled in printing on cylindrical surfaces that are not conventional shapes like cups or bottles. Their prices are noted as very reasonable and fair, making them a reliable choice for various printing needs.

Attentive and thorough customer service, great frequent communication, and the quality was impeccable despite the extremely tight timing. But they turned it around. Multiple lenticular prints on time and on budget. Darr is your guy!
