“Got 2 of those hot rollers here, they were not hot. Concerning! Threw them away because who knows how long they’d been out there at room temp… Gotten other stuff before here without an issue though and staff has always been nice. TBH it is probably my fault for eating those in the first place, I needed the lesson”
“the coffee counter is clean and well stocked. the blueberry cobbler coffee is good. I would definitely come to this store and out of my way for it. this store also has other products you don't find in many other convenience stores. they have a small snack section less than other stores. another good thing about this store is there are nice tables with umbrellas that you can drink your coffee and sit”

“My husband went to this location to get soup for me because I am sick and not able to eat much. The only thing I could thing I could think I wanted was soup and a pretzel but they were out of pretzels bc it was the end of the evening. The woman my husband asked about the pretzels actually went and made a fresh hot pretzel for us. It was very much appreciated.”
“I just received five star customer service from Sandy at this CVS. I was having trouble with using my insurance card and my debit card over a complicated purchase that I very much needed and she helped me straighten it out with great friendliness and efficiency. I live in Somerville but will be returning to THIS CVS!”
“Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I began suffering from sever mental illness about a year ago and they’ve been very understanding and helpful. I always have a question for the pharmacist and he’s always completely helpful. I even bring my husband there when he almost needed stitches and they walked us through how to fix it ourself with glue and butterfly bandages.
People will write bad reviews based on a doctor not calling in an RX or just plain ignorance. Wonderful pharmacy and staff
UPDATE- I still love them. They always give me emergency refills and never let me go into withdrawals. Always very kind and to the point. Great pharmacy and I’m lucky I ended up going with them. Very grateful.”

“Bob is the sweetest! Not realizing it, I pulled in just before closing time. Was having an awful day and wanted some ice cream. However, i had to finish up a bad phonecall before entering. When i got to the door it was locked. I went to turn away and Bob opened the door for me. He stated that he saw me pull in and was waiting to shut down just incase i needed something. Very kind man. Thank you, Bob! You made my night with your kindness ✨”
